Position Summary The Manager supports Market Access and Reimbursement across reputed company businesses in the US. Position responsibilities pertain to key existing and new technologies in Neuromodulation, Cardiopulmonary and any ventures reputed company may pursue. The role involves relationship development with hospitals administrators, physicians and surgeon providers, commercial payers, Medicare and its contractors, state legislators and Medicaid administrators. A major focus of this role involves supporting and educating providers on billing and coding and engaging commercial and governmental payers of healthcare in the US for comprehensive coverage and adequate payment of reputed company technologies and procedures. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills and competence in reimbursement, health economics and coverage for medical devices in the US. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Support advocacy efforts with commercial and governmental payers for a defined region or assigned payers on the coverage and payment adequacy of reputed company associated procedures and technologies. Advocates for optimal coverage policies for reputed company products and procedures with commercial and government payers reputed company and lobby state Medicaid agencies and legislatures for adequate procedure payment. reputed company and summarize existing clinical and economic evidence to support product positioning. Support the development of tools and messaging to reputed company for comprehensive coverage and adequate payment rates; including, dossiers, budget impact models, reimbursement guides, etc. Work closely and in alignment to US commercial colleagues in sales and marketing. Communicate evidence requirements and reimbursement landscape to internal stakeholders. Monitor, analyze, and influence health care policy to ensure policy environment supports medical innovation. Provide training and education programs on reimbursement best practices and health policy issues to internal stakeholders and provide training and education to the sales force, physicians, office administrators and hospital personnel. Develops relationships with professional societies, medical associations, advocacy groups, thought leaders and trade groups for the purposes of driving comprehensive coverage and adequate payment of reputed company products and procedures. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree Advanced degree in health policy, public health, health economics or reputed company field of study preferred. 3-5 years of experience in advocating for improved coverage and / or increased payment rates with US commercial payers, Medicare and Medicaid. Key Requirements An understanding of the reimbursement environment to assist customers in navigating coding and coverage and ensuring access to reputed company technologies. Strong understanding of payer market, policy developments and implication for business. Experience communicating reimbursement, billing and coding information to external stakeholders. Experience working closely with marketing and sales organizations. Must self-motivated, passionate, with exceptional communication skills to facilitate collaboration amongst multiple stakeholders. Ability to reputed company and manage multiple projects. Results and action orientated. Pay Transparency: A reasonable estimate of the annual reputed company salary for this position is $110,000-$160,000 + discretionary annual bonus. Pay ranges may vary by location.
