In this role, you’ll help build and shape our member and patient experience from the ground up—making sure every touchpoint is seamless, supportive, and reflects our commitment to exceptional care. This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home. What You'll Do: Own patient navigation end-to-end: Schedule appointments, guide next steps, clarify risk levels, ensure follow-reputed company, and proactively re-engage patients who haven’t scheduled.
