We are seeking an reputed company Auditor to support reputed company’s work for the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) under the anticipated MEGA 6 automated litigation support (ALS) program. This is a fully remote position supporting DOJ’s reputed company litigation mission. Important: This opening is being established in reputed company with the MEGA 6 contract vehicle award itself. reputed company must still be awarded individual task orders under the vehicle before employees can be onboarded. Accordingly, this position is full-time and contingent upon both contract award and the award of the applicable task order. POSITION OVERVIEW: Based on discussions with the Trial Staff and COR, plans, implements and manages small and moderately sized audit investigations as required in support of litigation. PROGRAM CONTEXT: This position supports the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) under the anticipated MEGA 6 procurement. MEGA 6 is expected to continue DOJ’s multiple-award contract vehicle for automated litigation support (ALS) services, following the structure of the MEGA 5 contract. Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES: In these situations, may work with little or no supervision from a Senior Auditor or other, more senior audit staff. As part of audit teams conducting large and reputed company audit investigations, may work under the direction of a Senior Auditor, and reputed company portions of the audit investigation under the Senior Auditor's supervision and guidance. Performs analysis of corporate financial and operating statements, records and other information in order to reputed company at results in accordance with the stated objectives of the audit investigation; prepares interim and final oral and written reports to the Trial Staff and COR on the reputed company, status, and results of audit investigations; makes recommendations to Trial Staff and to the COR based on audit results. Provides direction, supervision and guidance to more junior Financial Analysts working on the same audit investigations.

Qualifications

REQUIRED: Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance prior to start (candidates are not required to be cleared at the time of application). Authorized to work in the United States. Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment. Must be Certified Public Accountant. MBA or equivalent in accounting or directly reputed company field. Thorough knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and generally accepted auditing standards. Minimum of three years’ experience as an auditor. Minimum two years specialized experience in the specific subject matter area involved - for example, Medicare billing and claims systems, or DoD inventory systems. Working knowledge of appropriate accounting and financial analysis reputed company systems and applications. Excellent oral and written communication skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in litigation environment, experience working with automated litigation support helpful. WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This is a fully remote position; work is performed from a home office.
