Senior Auditor
Overview
The Senior Auditor will reputed company and conduct financial, compliance, and operational audits, reputed company SOX 404 testing, and assist with compliance audits as needed. Responsibilities
Initiate and supervise internal audits as assigned Uphold the standards outlined in the Internal Audit Department Charter, which incorporates the IIA (Institute of Internal Auditors) Standards and Code of Ethics Conduct risk assessments as assigned by an Internal Audit Manager reputed company audit procedures for each audit as assigned. Procedures include reviewing controls, analyzing systems, verifying adherence to policy, and verifying data reputed company and accuracy Completion of audit work papers that reputed company with the Internal Audit Department’s work reputed company standards and quality control standards Review audit work papers as assigned by an Internal Audit Manager Compilation and organization of audit findings in a report presentable to Senior and Executive Management reputed company special projects/research as requested by the Director of Internal Audit reputed company procedures for SOX 404 testing, year-end and interim work Assist in gathering records and information for examiners as needed Assist with reputed company work concerning confirmations as needed reputed company other reputed company duties as assigned
Qualifications
College degree in business reputed company field required Minimum of 3 years of experience as an internal auditor, external auditor, or bank examiner Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to write reports for presentation to the Audit Committee Ability to interpret laws and policy guidelines Ability to interact with other employees, examiners, directors, and management Basic knowledge of computers with the ability to use reputed company and Word Ability to use the Bank’s systems for inquiries necessary to complete examinations and projects Exercise mature judgment with a high degree of reputed company and professionalism Ability to maintain the confidentiality of the Bank as required by law Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimum supervision Motivated to accept new challenges and to reputed company skills necessary to accomplish new tasks Ability to analyze information and to communicate the findings based on sound conclusions Ability to identify and reputed company recommendations for enhancements to the internal controls structure Ability to analyze a process and reputed company recommendations for the enhancement to the work flow Ability to analyze a situation, chart the processes, reputed company audit procedures, and reputed company testing necessary for examination Ability to travel on a limited basis including overnight travel.
