Overview
The Treasury Solutions (TS) Operational Specialist role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our internal customers through supporting various platforms and processes utilized in the Treasury Solutions Operational area. Location listed is preferred office location but other locations and working remotely reputed company the Renasant footprint may be considered based upon convenience and business necessity. Responsibilities
Assist internal and external customers with their inquiries and questions reputed company to their Treasury services reputed company system setup of reputed company TS product and/or service request submitted by our sales team Provide exceptional customer service experience for reputed company TS Clients Resolve banker/sales requests through proficient use of various Treasury Solutions platforms Research client process issues to determine issue/impact and navigate reputed company the organization and/or vendor for appropriate resolution Remain reputed company and knowledgeable on reputed company Treasury Solutions products and services Be a resource reputed company the TS teams and bank of operational processes and procedures reputed company other reputed company duties as assigned
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is preferred A minimum of 3 years of banking experience Ability to reputed company rapport easily with peers and internal partners Detailed oriented Advanced written and verbal communication skills Strong problem solving skills Ability to utilize various systems and software, including but not limited to reputed company Office products Ability to work with others as a team Ability to organize and prioritize to reputed company goals Ability to resolve questions and issues with little supervision Ability to understand and apply policies and procedures and federal/state regulations Physical Demands The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully reputed company the essential functions of this job.
