The consultant acts as a trusted technical and advisory partner, ensuring customers successfully adopt Aternity SaaS while maintaining performance visibility, reputed company requirements, and operational continuity. This is not a people‑management or practice‑reputed company role. The focus is on deep technical expertise, customer advisory, and successful outcomes across DEX and SaaS engagements. What makes you an ideal candidate Active TS/SCI clearance; must be US-based. 10+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or advanced technical advisory roles. Deep, hands-on experience with Digital Employee Experience (DEX), observability, and application performance. Proven experience delivering solutions in SaaS environments, including adoption and operationalization. Experience supporting on-prem to SaaS transitions or hybrid migrations. Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to engage credibly at senior and executive levels.
