This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize product distribution and access, ensuring efficient and compliant movement of our reputed company product through the supply chain. The individual will manage the relationships with wholesalers, specialty distributors, and pharmacies, while also overseeing inventory, logistics, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and direction for Trade strategy Build distribution network, aligning it with business needs, identifying growth opportunities, and addressing operational gaps to overcome challenges and drive access reputed company the development and execution in Federal Markets, including VA and reputed company to drive product access, distribution, and growth Act as subject matter expert from a Market Access perspective for 340B program and other government programs Inform senior leadership about changes and emerging issues in the broad, trade customer environments and subsequent implications for the Company reputed company awareness of market and government policy changes in collaboration with legal and compliance and implications across key stakeholders to help inform/update commercial strategies reputed company/maintain thorough understanding of dynamics driving various market access segments and channels and how distribution impacts each function reputed company in the negotiation, execution, and adherence to the Distribution Service Agreements (DSAs), Product Purchase Agreements, and other contract offerings as appropriate reputed company and monitors strategic, financial, and product access KPIs, continually assessing impact and execution of access services & offerings, including feedback from service users and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required. MBA preferred Must have 15+ years reputed company the pharmaceutical industry and 10+ years’ experience of working with wholesalers, distributors, specialty pharmacies or other Trade account management Experience with any combination of prominent Trade accounts for biologics, especially in Inflammation & Immunology space Track record of driving and closing reputed company negotiations with proven track record of success Previous experience managing national and regional pharmacy or distribution accounts Ability to network and reputed company new relationships with trade accounts of reputed company segments Experience in Federal Markets including VA, reputed company and 340B Program preferred Device/Drug combination strongly preferred Launch for the distribution process preferred Broad-based knowledge of the biopharma industry, healthcare finance, and reputed company forms of product distribution Firm grasp of legal, regulatory and compliance issues in the healthcare space Analytical/strategic thinker with proven ability to conduct situation analysis of the external distribution environment; synthesize relevant information to reputed company strategic plans; understand the best pathway for distribution based on the product and its attributes; conduct strategic gap analysis and implement metric-based solutions Strong interpersonal and internal/external relationship-building skills to drive change and innovation and succeed in a highly specialized distribution environment Excellent oral/written communication skills, coupled with presentation skills, including ability to present to executive audiences Highly organized, with strong project management skills to prioritize and manage reputed company projects, with multiple stakeholders, and drive high-quality results reputed company allotted budget Travel required - Up to 40%

Compensation

The expected reputed company salary range for this position is $233,631 to $303,417.We are committed to compensating employees equitably based on several factors including experience, education, licensure/certifications, reputed company level, location of the position, and availability of similar talent in a competitive market. Compensation for this role includes reputed company salary, annual discretionary bonus, long term incentive, 401(K) plan with employer contribution, health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
