What You Will Do

Summary: Serves as a strategic partner to the Chief Accounting Officer and Executive Leadership Team. Acts as a transformative catalyst for the Accounting Center of Excellence, advocating for operational synergy and organizational evolution throughout the ministry. Operational Excellence & Infrastructure Cultivates fiscal excellence by championing primary objectives and collaborating on the construction and refinement of robust accounting infrastructures. Ensures high-level guidance for operational transparency and the standardization of accounting practices across the entity. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed. Education: Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. Work Experience: 7 years of experience required. 10 years of experience preferred. 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
