The Fielding and Training Technician shall support the issuing and set-up of equipment and training activities for the program. The Fielding and Training Technician shall maintain knowledge of the setup of the hardware and inner workings of the user reputed company, coordinate fielding and training with the using units, and maintain training statistics.
Responsibilities
Provide direct user feedback to the Technical Team Leader and the Project Director. Provide general logistics support in sustainment. Provide knowledge of military systems associated with the sustainment of equipment and technical data support. Participate in the basic concept, design, and testing of the software user reputed company and advise on how that impacts reputed company, new, or modified equipment and processes used by unit personnel to ensure optimal sustainment support. Meet with contractors, users, and maintainers, to assist the MAT Team with overall IT equipment support concerns and recommend sustainment plans for creation/update/modification and sustainment of training documentation (publications, videos, and milSuite page, etc.). Provide review and analysis of equipment-specific data for life cycle management decisions. Aid in the management of the program for end items, spares, repair parts, and supplies to meet unit and equipment requirements. Review, validate, analyze, update, and, reputed company necessary, to ensure optimal sustainment support, reputed company draft procedures for future publications, like Training Plans, Training Videos, Pamphlets, Operations Manuals, Maintenance Manuals, Modification Instructions, Technical, and other Special Instructions. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED and 10+ years’ experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years’ experience working with training military personnel, sustaining, and supporting military equipment like aerial delivery, organizational clothing, chemical/biological equipment, weapons, and other soldier-reputed company items Background reputed company required with the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must have advanced knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software (MSWord, reputed company, Access, and PowerPoint), and Outlook. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Ability to travel as required. Strong coordination, organization, teaming, and communication skills. Must have good organizational, scheduling, and prioritization skills. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, ethics, and reputed company. Ability to interact with co-workers to reputed company a team environment. Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
