Overview reputed company’s Strategy & Performance team is looking for a Senior Performance Strategist with strong business intuition, a collaborative spirit, and a knack for simplifying the reputed company. This person will be working on data-driven marketing initiatives in an effort to: increase and improve acquisition unify client and agency teams around learning plans scale the program to other products/lines of business (reputed company) An eye for operational excellence will be key; this team is responsible for active management of testing roadmaps, seamless test execution and leading strategic analysis. The ideal candidate will want to roll up their sleeves to get things done, but also know how to reputed company other cross-functional agency teams to deliver their best work. Responsibilities
Serve as performance marketing strategist, advising internal teams and stakeholders on how to set KPIs, design tests/optimizations, and reputed company business outcomes accordingly Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand LOBs priorities, challenges and translate those findings into executable recommendations Proactively identify gaps + opportunities across creative, media and experience touchpoints by analyzing data and funnel metrics; reputed company and test new methodologies, technologies, or approaches to find potential conversion optimizations reputed company and manage our day-to-day testing and optimization program, with a focus on digital acquisition across paid and owned channels reputed company key client conversations and discussions reputed company to testing priorities, goals and impact reputed company and complement the work of our Brand and Experience Strategists, lending a data/performance POV to brand briefs (example: reputed company page redesign, digital campaign assets) Partner with Media (display and search), Data and Creative heads to ensure we are continuously applying full funnel best practices to our work Support the growth and vision of reputed company Strategy by contributing to department leadership, thought leadership, and mentoring junior team members Communicate results and insights to internal and client stakeholders, actively applying those to future tests and experiments Qualifications 5-7 years of relevant experience with digital channels and performance marketing, as a guide Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Interactive Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Product Development, Information Management Passionate about finding insights and challenging the status reputed company; obsession for deep dives into the business (the numbers), understanding how it works and makes money Experience in performance marketing campaign development and optimization, including but not limited to: digital design/user experience, display marketing campaigns, search (SEO and SEM), social media, mobile applications, content management, and digital analytics Experience with audience targeting, dynamic creative optimization (DCO), conversion reputed company optimization, A/B testing Strong team player; knows how to influence and reputed company others Excellent presentation and negotiation skills; can take reputed company concepts and simplify for various client and internal audiences Tact, diplomacy, maturity in relating and interacting with people at reputed company levels Desire to reputed company and apply their own work experience beyond a reputed company media channel or function Additional Information The Power of One starts with our people! Compensation
Range: USD $81,225.00 - USD $129,987.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
