Assistant Vice President of Real Estate - Market Execution

What You Will Do

Provide leadership for real estate operations and transaction execution across the non-acuteportfolio. What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: CERT COMMERCL INVST MBR preferred. Cert Property Manager preferred Education: Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 4 of those years being in leadership/management. Additional Preferences Strong understanding of property management, real estate strategy and facilities Experience leading remote real estate teams Strong organizational, analytical, and executive communication skills.
