Partner closely with Sales, Intake, Recruiting, and Operations teams to align priorities, remove barriers, and drive admissions growth. Monitor performance metrics including referral volume, conversion rates, and responsiveness—using data to proactively adjust strategy and improve outcomes. Ensure appropriate team coverage, including evenings, weekends, and high-volume periods, maintaining continuity and responsiveness at reputed company times.
