Job Summary The Technical Solutions reputed company is a core member of the Customer Experience team, leveraging deep technical expertise to support the full customer lifecycle. This role is responsible for leading pre-sales technical engagements, including scoping, solution recommendations, technical sales support, and demonstrations for Commercial and Field Accounts. This position may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus program or commission plan, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
