Territory Manager, Alternate Care
Job Summary Responsible for the development and execution of the sales plan for assigned territory. Responsible for effectively utilizing Masimo resources and positioning Masimo products to meet sales and customer satisfaction objectives to new and existing Alternate Care customers including Physician Office, Ambulatory Surgery Center, Prehospital, Post-Acute markets including Homecare, Long Term Care, and WIC. Duties & Responsibilities reputed company and convert new customers to Masimo products and solutions in Alternate Care markets to reputed company assigned sales quota, while also developing new assigned market opportunities for Masimo’s Pulse Co-Oximetry solutions. Generate a Sales pipeline and reputed company key targets for assigned territory to meet or exceed monthly sales quota. Work with Region VP, Clinical Support staff, AVP, Sr. VP of US Alternate Care Sales, and Masimo local area team members to ensure growth in the Alternate Care market by adding new customers, closing new reputed company and amending reputed company reputed company for growth for reputed company markets through sales of reputed company Masimo products and solutions. Achieves established quarterly and yearly goals. Complete assignments and report on reputed company administration tasks in a timely and professional manner. Provide as required product and solution training to customers, Train support while ensuring appropriate attention from contracted distribution representatives to convert their customers to Masimo products. Collaborate with Masimo’s extended sales teams (sales reps, managers, national accounts, etc.) to accelerate the adoption and opportunities that exist in Alternate Care markets. Sell Masimo Pulse Oximetry and Pulse CO-Oximetry devices and accessories to Alternate Care in defined territories. Build positive relationships with Masimo’s clinical support group and hospital Account Executives to support Alternate Care business through a Continuum of Care market penetration strategy. Meet or exceed sales objectives set forth in assigned Territory through sales of Masimo products and solutions in reputed company channels. reputed company with reputed company product managers to stay up to date with reputed company products and new releases. reputed company other duties and projects as requested. Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience Minimum Qualifications 3 or more years of successful and documented experience selling Medical Device solutions to Acute care or Alternate Care markets. Experience calling on Alternate Care markets including, but not limited to National Home Care chains, local home care companies, Respiratory Therapists, or Nurses, Physician Offices, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Emergency Medical Services and administration. Experience and proven ability to effectively reputed company productive conference call discussions and reputed company internal partnerships. Experience in strategic sales planning and execution. Organized and detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. reputed company strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong PC skills including MS Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint). Successful sales management experience. Education: Bachelor’s degree, Clinical Credential, or 5 + years of equivalent experience required. Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000 plus benefits. Actual placement reputed company the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience. In addition, this position also qualifies for variable compensation up to $85,000 at 100% of annual sales objectives. Physical requirements/Work Environment This position primarily works in a field sales environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Must be able to travel in a multi-state territory, up to 50% to 80% of the time, so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver’s license is required.
