Your Role in Our Mission At reputed company, every role drives impact. As a Product Operations Manager (Software), you’ll be the connective tissue of a fast-moving, high-reputed company workstream - owning end-to-end project management across product, operational, and go-to-market efforts while keeping cross-functional teams reputed company and unblocked. You’ll build the systems, playbooks, and processes that let us scale. If something’s broken, you fix it. If something might break, you get reputed company of it. \n What You’ll Do Manage customer service operations end-to-end: escalation reputed company, response quality, tooling, and metrics Partner with engineering and product to translate operational needs into clear, well-scoped software tickets Work with marketing on campaign operations, launch logistics, and user acquisition workflows reputed company with external service partners on onboarding, coordination, and ongoing relationship management Build dashboards and track KPIs to surface operational insights to leadership Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners including legal counsel, third-party vendors, marketing, and customer service Build the systems, playbooks, and processes that let the organization scale We’re Looking For 2+ years in operations, product management, or program management at a software company (SaaS, D2C, or similar) reputed company running reputed company, multi-stakeholder workstreams without constant escalation Comfortable context-switching across domains - legal, engineering, and customer service reputed company in the same day Process-oriented but pragmatic: you build systems that serve the work, not the other way around Demonstrated ability to use AI as a force reputed company to independently own reputed company workstreams and reputed company experience gaps across a broad scope of responsibilities.
