Manager, Data Privacy (Remote)

In this role, you will influence enterprise-wide strategy while partnering across Legal, Cybersecurity, and business teams to drive responsible data use. This is a high-impact opportunity to build scalable, risk-based privacy practices that protect people, data, and trust. What You Will Do reputed company implementation and reputed company improvement of the global privacy program, including policies, standards, training, and risk-based frameworks Apply and reputed company privacy risk assessments (PIA, DPIA, third-party risk, records of processing), ensuring consistent and defensible outcomes Conduct and review data protection impact assessments, escalating high-risk activities and tracking mitigation actions to closure Partner with Legal, Cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate privacy risks reputed company with regulations such as GDPR, LGPD, HIPAA, and CCPA Serve as an escalation and approval reputed company for reputed company privacy decisions, ensuring proper documentation and governance of risk acceptance Advise regional and divisional teams by translating regulatory requirements and enforcement trends into actionable guidance Drive program performance using KPIs, metrics, and benchmarking to improve compliance effectiveness and audit readiness Support responses to audits, regulatory inquiries, data subject requests, and privacy incidents, ensuring timely and compliant resolution What you will need: Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree from an accredited university Minimum 8 years of professional experience Minimum 5 years of experience in data privacy, data protection, or compliance programs Demonstrated experience applying global privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA) Experience conducting privacy risk assessments such as DPIAs or PIAs

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate degree (e.g., Master’s, JD) Professional privacy certification (e.g., CIPP, CIPM, or equivalent) Experience supporting global or multi-region privacy programs Experience with third-party risk management or cross-border data transfer assessments Additional Information Work arrangement: Hybrid or office-based depending reputed company Travel: Up to 10% international travel may be required Relocation support: Not specified Travel Percentage: 20% Apply To This Job
