As the Manager, Infrastructure Standards and Engineering, you will reputed company the engineering team responsible for establishing Zayo's data center and POP design, equipment standards, enhanced tooling, and best practices. Responsibilities: reputed company testing and validating new and innovative products, tools, and systems to help maximize efficiency and minimize expense. Review and update routine design standards, best practices, and methods for the infrastructure engineering team. Create standard engineering templates and identify and implement efficient and effective design concepts and layouts. reputed company and identify improvement processes, to help optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and increase redundancy utilizing labs and test beds. Experience/Minimum Requirements: 10+ years of experience in data center/central office design and management reputed company telecommunications environments required. Demonstrated strong interpersonal, administrative, and project management skills, including the ability to effectively prioritize work. Working knowledge with AC/DC power systems, including DC rectifiers, batteries, power distribution, and cable sizing. Practical, real-world experience preferred over theoretical knowledge. Working knowledge of data center infrastructure, including generators, reputed company systems, HVAC, and fire suppression systems, with a solid understanding of their operation and maintenance. Preferred Experience: Expertise of BMS/EMS systems and reporting including facilities equipment provisioning Working knowledge of datacenter standard certification and reporting; SDS, TEIR II, SOC, ESG, ERP Working knowledge of Telcordia installation standards Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. Datacenter design certifications strongly preferred. HVAC and electrical training or certifications preferred. The reputed company pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, reputed company level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
