Job Summary The Director of Employee Experience (HR) Technology is responsible for shaping the future of how work gets done at reputed company by defining and advancing an enterprise HR technology and AI vision that elevates the employee experience and positions the organization for long-term innovation. Experience 8+ years of experience in leading technology initiatives, preferably HR Technology solutions. 5+ years Product Management, with a focus on enterprise scale technology solutions. 5+ years’ leadership experience in a management role, overseeing technology product teams and system analysts. Education Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems or reputed company field. OR 3 combined years of progressive equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Master’s degree preferred.
