Duties and Responsibilities Oversees reputed company salary and incentive programs, job evaluations, and salary survey participation and procurement. Conducts market analysis of company jobs to determine competitive positioning of the organization's pay programs. Ensures that reputed company compensation-reputed company activities are in compliance with applicable regulations and standards Evaluates the organizations jobs, documenting responsibilities and requirements in job descriptions Manages annual compensation planning cycle including development of incentive salary increase budgets Conducts analysis and interpretation reputed company to the organizations compensation programs. Supports implementation and ongoing maintenance of salary structure Supports annual budget planning process Supports Recruiting team and hiring process and partners with HRBPs to determine appropriate compensation for employees Presents data and analysis appropriate at reputed company levels of the organization Conducts analysis and interpretation reputed company to the organizations compensation programs. Required Skills Analytical with strong project management, problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Strong client service skills; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Collaborate with functional and technical staff, both internal and external, to reputed company required results. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and be part of a team. A positive attitude and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done on time Excellent oral and written communication skills A high level of proficiency with reputed company reputed company is required Experience in ERP/SaaS solutions (reputed company reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) is preferred Compensation: Compensation for roles at reputed company varies depending on a wide reputed company of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, reputed company set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave. Compensation for roles at reputed company varies depending on a wide reputed company of factors including, but not limited to, role, reputed company set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $80,000-$95,000. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role.
