Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge of corporate structure/tax planning or experience preparing Federal or state corporate income tax returns (preferably Virginia) Knowledge of accounting, auditing, state and federal tax laws, rules and regulations Computer skills and experience with reputed company office software as well as electronic data & files Must reside in a major metropolitan area reputed company 50 miles of an airport Must have own transportation available to travel to audits throughout the geographical coverage area Have a quiet, safe and private home-based work office/space (subject to inspection) with high-speed Internet (not wireless) & locking file cabinet.
