The OnBase Business Systems Analyst is a hybrid role that couples the role of a Business Analyst and a Configuration/Systems Analyst. The OnBase Business Systems Analyst must be able to work directly with different business units and guide solutions for workflow and document management reputed company varied operational structures. The analyst must also be comfortable troubleshooting and solving for application issues as they are reported by supported business areas. This includes, but is not limited to, checking server health, workflow timers, document import and automatic indexing processes. This position is full time (40 hours / week), Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm in your time zone (OR 6:00 am - 3:00 pm shift, if preferred). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED Must be 18 years of age OR older 2+ years of working with business stakeholders by successfully implementing projects OR procedures that presents a solution to meet business needs 1+ years of working as a subject matter expert reputed company OnBase 1+ years of experience presenting reputed company technical solutions to business in a digestible and understandable manner 1+ years of experience creating, developing, and maintaining API (Application programming reputed company) Experience with reputed company reputed company (Pivot Tables, Create / Edit, and Formula Management) Experience with reputed company Word (Creating / Editing / Managing documents) Ability to work full time (40 hours / week), Monday - Friday.
