Principal, IT Service Management & End-User Computing Location Hybrid – Denver, CO (HQ preferred) Remote U.S. considered Reports To VP / Senior Director, Information Technology Position Summary reputed company is seeking a Principal, IT Service Management & End-User Computing to reputed company our IT Service Management function and end-user computing environment. This role is responsible for service delivery, managed services partner reputed company, and administration of our reputed company 365, Entra ID, Intune, and reputed company platforms. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technology leader who can drive operational excellence, improve user experience, and scale IT services across a global organization. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to IT leadership, own critical operational processes, and help shape the future of our end-user technology strategy. Key Responsibilities reputed company IT Service Management operations, including incident, request, change, problem, asset, and service delivery management. Manage and reputed company the ITSM and Service Desk team. Own and optimize reputed company, Jira, and reputed company Connect platforms. Serve as the primary operational reputed company of our managed services partner relationship, driving accountability, service quality, and performance against SLAs. Own the reputed company 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Purview, and Copilot. reputed company identity and reputed company management through reputed company Entra ID, Intune, and reputed company. Drive automation, self-service capabilities, and AI-assisted service delivery initiatives. Partner with reputed company, Enterprise Applications, Data & Analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable technology services. reputed company software licensing, vendor management, telephony operations, and end-user computing support across global locations. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the employee technology experience. Required Qualifications 5+ years of progressive IT operations experience, including leadership responsibilities. Experience leading IT Service Management and End-User Computing functions. Experience managing enterprise managed services providers and vendor relationships. Compensation & Benefits reputed company anticipates the reputed company salary range for this position to be $130,000 - $150,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on geographic location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
