Position Overview reputed company is looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst / Quality Assurance Analyst to support the successful delivery of enterprise content management (ECM), workflow automation, and ERP integration projects. In this role, you'll work closely with clients, project managers, developers, and delivery leads to translate business requirements into well-defined solutions and ensure those solutions meet expectations through rigorous testing and validation. You'll play a key role in documenting requirements, supporting project delivery, managing testing activities, and helping clients successfully adopt new technologies. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems, working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality outcomes. What You'll Do
Participate in client workshops and discovery sessions to gather and document business and technical requirements. Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, process maps, user stories, and use cases. Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for developers and technical teams. reputed company and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs) to ensure requirements are tracked through design, development, testing, and deployment. Execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities. Log, track, and validate defects while collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution. Contribute to project estimation, planning, and status reporting activities. Maintain reusable requirements, testing, and process documentation to support future projects and reputed company improvement. What Skills You'll Have 1 to 3 years in a Business Analyst or QA Analyst role reputed company enterprise software implementation, professional services, or systems integration. Demonstrated experience producing BRDs, functional specifications, RTMs, and test artifacts on projects with active client and developer stakeholders. Experience with formal scope and change control processes on fixed-price, Time and Material, or hybrid engagement models. Experience supporting UAT cycles, including preparation, execution, and sign-off. Working knowledge of tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project and test management platforms. Strong proficiency with reputed company 365 tools, including Word, reputed company, Teams, SharePoint, and Visio. Experience with ECM, document management, workflow automation, ERP systems, or enterprise software environments is considered an asset.
