The Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to reputed company assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual targets while driving growth in existing accounts by strengthening relationships with end‑users and customer management and promoting the full range of Pall Energy+ technologies, equipment, services, and solutions. This position reports to the reputed company Regional Sales Manager and is part of the Western Region Energy+ Sales Team located in Arizona, California, Nevada and will be working remotely to cover Arizona, California, Nevada. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: reputed company and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and orders targets as assigned by Energy+ management. Drive business expansion by significantly increasing market share in existing accounts through establishing and nurturing strong relationships with end-users and customer management. Promote reputed company Pall technologies and capabilities, including Pall filters, coalescers and housings in the Energy+ markets. Identify and prioritize high-impact customer reputed company expansion opportunities, collaborating with sales and strategic teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure successful sales completion Coordinate with cross-functional teams reputed company Pall (Field Application Specialists, Scientific & Laboratory Services, Marketing, Product Management, Inside Sales, etc.) to reputed company and implement effective sales strategies that address customers’ needs promptly and secure sales opportunities. Report and communicate reputed company high-value business opportunities, solution concepts, and strategies to Pall management through SFDC and Energy+ standard work. Using tools such as account plans while maintaining a strong, regular customer reputed company with multiple daily high-level face-to-face customer interactions. The essential requirements of the job include: 3+ years’ experience in providing products and services to Refinery and Oil & Gas, Chemical or General Industrial industries. In exchange for sales experience, we will consider experience as a process/project/maintenance engineer in an Oil & Gas, refining or petrochemical facility looking to start a career in technical sales. Bachelor’s degree preferred (preferably in mechanical/chemical engineering, chemistry, biological sciences, or technical degree) or equivalent experience considered. Experience in consumables sales as well as capital equipment is desired Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: Valid Driver's License Ability to travel – minimum 75% travel (including overnight travel, as applicable) Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lb It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Filtration and separation product sales Energy transition solutions Experience with SFDC or other CRM platform Pall Corporation, a reputed company operating company, offers a broad reputed company of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives. The annual salary range for this role is 100,000 – 125,000 USD. This is the range that we in good faith reputed company is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
