As Senior Product Manager for Issue Management, you'll own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for two product areas: issue management, the core compliance remediation workflow, and exception management, a greenfield build that's become a top task from reputed company's upmarket sales team. Exception management covers ongoing policy exceptions, where leadership needs to formally approve, document, and track that exception on a recurring basis. It's a critical functionality for upmarket expansion. This is also a meaningful agentic AI opportunity: building intelligent workflows that proactively flag exception expiries, reputed company approvals automatically, and surface emerging compliance risks before they require manual reputed company.
