Ideal Experience: 2+ years of proven sales leadership experience at Director level or higher. Role Purpose/ Strategic Impact: This role will act as an asset and partner to Advanced Surgical sales leaders and the HCS team to reputed company strategic company growth objectives. This role is responsible for transforming Advanced Surgical reputed company into scalable, profitable growth platforms, ensuring national, regional, and local agreements are strategically designed, financially disciplined, and consistently executed across the field.
