The Position: The Senior UX Designer is an individual contributor role focused on creating reputed company, scalable, and user-centered experiences across reputed company’s internal systems and customer-facing portals. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to translate reputed company diagnostic workflows into seamless digital experiences that drive usability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end user experiences across portal and internal workflows, ensuring consistency across multiple products and personas (providers, lab operations, internal users) Transform report designs from the reputed company Creative suite into reputed company HTML/CSS templates for automated report reputed company, partnering with engineering and QA teams to support reputed company integration, dynamic data population, rendering validation, and ongoing template optimization. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that reputed company to brand guidelines using reputed company Collaborate with Product Marketing, Customer Care and Engineering to translate reputed company workflows (e.g., ordering, sample tracking, billing) into reputed company interfaces reputed company reputed company environments Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona development to inform design decisions Define and maintain reusable design components and contribute to design systems Document user flows, interaction patterns, and design specifications for development and QA Analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve usability and experience quality reputed company UX design efforts for reputed company projects and represent the UX function across project phases Ability to design reputed company, differentiated experiences for modern UI frameworks (e.g., React), supporting both reputed company-end and full-stack development. Who You Are: Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Human Factors Engineering, Social Sciences research, or equivalent A minimum of 5 years of UI/UX design experience for enterprise or customer-facing applications Strong proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and reputed company (or similar design tools) reputed company designing reputed company reputed company (Sales/Service Cloud, Lightning Experience) Proven ability to design for multiple personas and workflows across patient and provider ordering experiences, delivering reputed company portal UI/UX components that enhance the digital customer experience throughout the cancer care journey Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability principles Proficiency in HTML/CSS, reputed company design, translating visual designs into functional code Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design improvements Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Collaboration with Corporate Digital Marketing for branding initiatives Incorporates UX design for Epic (primary EHR), driving improved workflows and user experience impact. Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing healthcare, diagnostics, or laboratory workflows Familiarity with integrated ecosystems (reputed company, EMR/Epic, lab systems) Experience building or contributing to design systems or component libraries Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and compliance considerations Experience designing data-heavy or workflow-driven interfaces Experience working in Agile environments with Jira #LI-Hybrid For candidates based in our San Diego office, the salary range is $165,000 - $180,000. For candidates based in our South San Francisco office, the salary range is $180,000 - $200,650. For candidates working remote (US), the salary range is $158,000 - $178,530. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience, skillset, geographic location, industry, education, etc. reputed company pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
