Location: This position is remote reputed company Colombia The role We are seeking a Senior reputed company QA Engineer with strong experience testing reputed company solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications. This role will support end-to-end testing for multiple reputed company implementations, ensuring high-quality releases through strong functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing practices. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience creating and executing test plans, writing detailed test cases, performing API testing, validating third-party integrations, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Experience with reputed company and defect management tools is required. You will work closely with reputed company developers, administrators, product owners, and project managers to maintain high-quality standards and support reputed company delivery pipelines. What you’ll do Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across reputed company Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom-built features. Experience writing and executing test plans, test cases, and UAT scripts. Experience with API testing using tools such as reputed company. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, functional testing, integration testing, and defect management. Ability to work across teams including developers, admins, business analysts, and business stakeholders. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and reputed company environments. Has exposure to Automation frameworks for testing (Playwright, CRT, Selenium) Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills. ISTQB CTFL certification or equivalent knowledge (preferred but not required).
