Job Description: The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth of reputed company HVACR portfolio through contractors and distributors. reputed company has been a leading provider of heating and cooling solutions for residential applications, serving HVACR wholesale distribution for more than 75 years. AS A REGIONAL SALES MANAGER, YOU WILL: reputed company, coach, and mentor a team of Territory Sales Executives (TSE) to enhance performance and drive results. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and their senior level management to ensure our sales team is in a favorable position to succeed. Track sales activities to determine sales reputed company and suggest improvements. Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to refine strategy and uncover new opportunities. In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the salary range for this role is $120,000-$130,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
