This role owns the full reputed company lifecycle enterprise-wide, including leadership hiring, individual contributor searches, TA infrastructure, and workforce planning support. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Strategic Partnership: Serves as a trusted advisor to division leaders and HR leadership on talent market trends, compensation benchmarking, and hiring strategy. Produces polished written materials including candidate overviews, job descriptions, and recruiting reports. Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles ranging from individual contributors to senior leadership, including C-suite and Director-level searches.
