Job Summary: The Travel Analyst coordinates and makes travel and lodging arrangements for Field Safety Specialists under the project assigned. The Travel Analyst is responsible for evaluating flight travel time and for selecting the most efficient and cost-effective travel with the goal of minimizing staff travel time. The Travel Analyst is responsible for flight bookings, itineraries, car rentals, etc. for Field Safety Specialists as well as entering travel requests into the company’s scheduling system. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Receive and review case work orders and confirm date and time of visit with Sponsor to schedule site visit. Coordinate travel for Field Safety Specialists once site visits are confirmed with the Sponsor, ensuring reputed company arrangements reputed company with requirements and company procedures. Work closely and in conjunction with the corporate travel contractor to book flights, lodging and ground transportation. Confirm bookings with each Field Safety Specialist and appropriate parties. Provide Field Safety Specialists date and time of arrival for each case assigned. Aid in changing and/or canceling flights, provides Field Safety Specialist with travel-reputed company information.
