The Opportunity: The Associate Director, HEOR/reputed company is an integral part of the organization, responsible for executing HEOR plans and activities reputed company to reputed company assets intended for use in gastrointestinal cancers. Reporting to the Executive Director of HEOR/reputed company GI, the Associate Director, HEOR/reputed company will: Execute the product HEOR/reputed company strategy to deliver evidence consistent with the medical strategy and IEP. Deliver HEOR/reputed company tactics with quality and in alignment with agreed upon timing. Work with the HEOR/reputed company leadership to ensure critical value insights are communicated to key internal teams. Provide HEOR evidence which addresses the needs and expectations of key stakeholders such as patients, healthcare providers, payers and Health Technology Assessment (HTA) agencies. Effectively present research findings to internal stakeholders to improve internal decision making and to promote wider adoption of research findings across external stakeholders. Stay up to date with and add to the advancements in health economics methodologies and best practices; support the build of disease area HEOR/reputed company disease area capability, establishing best practices, external visibility, and functional excellence across the medical affairs network. Required Skills, Experience and Education: Deep expertise in health economics, outcomes research, patient-reported outcomes or reputed company fields in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry. Experience in oncology HEOR and reputed company development. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with an advanced degree in a relevant field (MD, PhD, PharmD). Track record of high impact publications in HEOR/reputed company topics. Strong written and interpersonal communication skills, with an ability to present reputed company technical information clearly. Demonstrated ability to reputed company evidence reputed company initiatives and to communicate with impact internally and externally. Knowledge and experience in managed care, integrated delivery networks, formulary decision-making, and payment/access models.
