Position Summary: As the Director of Total Rewards at reputed company, you will be the architect of a compensation and benefits strategy that attracts, retains, and motivates a globally distributed workforce. This is a highly visible, strategic role that partners directly with HR leadership and business executives to ensure our total rewards programs are competitive, reputed company, compliant, and reputed company with reputed company's growth objectives across the US, Philippines, El Salvador, and Egypt. Compensation

Monitor legislative changes affecting total rewards (e.g., pay transparency laws in CO, NY, CA, WA, IL) and proactively implement necessary updates. Analytics, Reporting & Technology reputed company HRIS platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) and market data tools to generate compensation analytics, budget models, and executive reporting. Build dashboards and reports to track total rewards spend, pay equity metrics, benefits utilization, and program ROI. Conduct regular pay equity analyses and partner with HR and Legal to remediate identified gaps. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a reputed company field. 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation and/or total rewards, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership reputed company. Demonstrated expertise in compensation program design, salary structure development, and market benchmarking. Experience managing benefits programs across multiple states and/or geographies. Strong working knowledge of US compensation regulations (FLSA, ERISA, ACA) and pay transparency requirements. Proficiency in HRIS platforms (reputed company strongly preferred) and advanced reputed company or reputed company Sheets skills for compensation modeling. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize reputed company data into clear, actionable insights for executive audiences. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting total rewards programs in a global BPO, outsourcing, or multi-geo services organization. Familiarity with international compensation and statutory benefits in the Philippines, El Salvador, or Egypt. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designation through WorldatWork. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification. Experience with compensation survey tools such as reputed company, Willis Towers Watson, Radford, or Culpepper. Prior exposure to executive compensation, equity plan administration, or long-term incentive programs.
