Job Requirements: Experience: Required: 10+ years of extensive progressive experience in reputed company. 6+ years successfully managing a team of recruiters. Preferred: Leading and scaling a reputed company function. Experience partnering with senior and executive leadership on recruiting strategies and projects. Education: Required: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Specialized Skills: Required: Knowledge of ATS platforms, recruiting technologies, and vendor ecosystems. Other skills: Required: Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
