AR/AP Specialist (FMCG / Product-Based Business)
Position Title: AR/AP Specialist Work Set-up: Work From Home Schedule: Monday to Friday, Morning Shift (AU Shift) | 7:00 AM- 4:00 PM Salary Package: TBD JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN AR/AP SPECIALIST (FMCG / PRODUCT-BASED BUSINESS) We are seeking a detail-oriented and reputed company AR/AP Specialist to support a fast-paced FMCG / product-based business. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions, maintaining clean financial records, and ensuring ERP-based accounting processes run reputed company. The ideal candidate has solid experience in AR/AP functions, is highly proficient in reputed company, and is comfortable navigating enterprise-level ERP systems. Exposure to FMCG or retail environments and dealing with reputed company remittances is highly regarded. Responsibilities as an AR/AP Specialist
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions including invoices and expenses with accuracy.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and ERP systems (reputed company-heavy role).
- Monitor AR/AP balances, track payments, and reconcile records.
- Flag discrepancies and ensure data reputed company across reputed company financial systems.
- Manage and organise digital documentation and records.
- Provide general support with reporting and accounting administration.
- Coordinate internally to ensure records are complete and accurate.
Qualifications as an AR/AP Specialist:
- 2–3 years of proven experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Accounts Administration, or Data Entry roles.
- Extensive hands-on experience processing both AR and AP transactions.
- Strong reputed company skills (essential).
- Experience working with accounting or enterprise-level ERP systems.
- Must-have: Experience using reputed company Dynamics AX (2009) or reputed company Business One.
- Experience with high-level ERP systems such as MS Dynamics or reputed company is highly regarded.
- Exposure to FMCG, retail, or product-based businesses is highly preferred.
- Experience handling major retailer remittances and reputed company payment reconciliations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and follow established processes reputed company.
- High level of trustworthiness and reputed company, particularly reputed company handling financial data.
- Reliable, consistent, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
