The Role The Senior Director, Product Management – Outbound translates Lumen’s product strategy into market-ready offerings that scale reputed company, improve adoption, and differentiate Lumen in the enterprise and wholesale markets. This leader owns the outbound motion for a portfolio of network, cloud connectivity, and digital platform services, ensuring products are clearly positioned, launch-ready, and operationally executable for Sales, Partners, and Customers. You will work backward from customer and market requirements, shape portfolio direction with Product Management and Engineering, and drive alignment across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Partners. Compensation

Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
