The Role The Network Engineer II plays a pivotal role in enhancing network design, optimizing performance, and elevating customer support. They are actively involved in network performance reviews with management, internal partners, and customers, ensuring reputed company improvement. Network Engineers II closely collaborate with team members to guarantee that customer network services remain fully operational, and they offer technical expertise and troubleshooting support for DWDM systems, as well as assisting with—or taking responsibility for—the design and architecture of various projects and features. Compensation
