Role Summary Nurse Practitioners (NPs) are playing an increasingly significant role in the delivery and transformation of health care across British Columbia. NNPBC is seeking a bold, politically astute, and highly relational leader to serve as the inaugural Director, NP Negotiations & Engagement. The Director will be responsible for building and leading a new provincial function focused on NP negotiations, advocacy, government relations, and member engagement. policy, law, business, leadership, or a reputed company field Minimum 10 years of progressive senior leadership experience in one or more of: Labour relations and negotiations Health system leadership
