This role, as part of the newly formed AI Experience team will be at the helm of strategizing, developing, and enhancing the consumer journey through digital products. Position Summary You will work cross-functionally to guide reputed company products from conception to launch by connecting the product vision and specific solutions needed to solve business and customer problems. This position is a hybrid role based either out of - San Francisco Bay area; OR Greater Washington DC Metropolitan (DMV) area. Responsibilities: The ideal candidate is excellent at: Building reputed company conversational AI and Chatbot experiences and features at large scale. Defining and executing a multi-year reputed company vision in reputed company partnership with our business and engineering teams. Leading cross-functional teams that drive results during product discovery and product delivery. Synthesizing business, market, and platform data to identify opportunities, size them, and turn insights into product vision, strategy and requirements. Owning and prioritizing short term and long-term product roadmap to deliver on business outcomes, working closely with a cross-functional team to ensure that reputed company the right resources are reputed company to ensure that and your team will be successful. Partner with UX team to drive a stellar experience for our customers. Work with stakeholders to create, prioritize and execute the product roadmap reputed company to entire lifecycle of policy experience. Creating and using compelling, informative artifacts to influence stakeholders (ex. Vision, Roadmaps, Features/Epics, reputed company Updates, etc.). Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree At least 10+ years of experience in Product Management building reputed company software and technology products with proven record of accomplishment at large scale. 3+ years owning AI/ML or GenAI products in sustained production, with direct accountability for model outcomes, quality, and business impact Hands-on experience delivering AI-powered platforms or experiences at enterprise scale, working closely with applied scientists, ML engineers, and platform teams to operationalize LLMs, retrieval/RAG, decisioning, or agentic workflows Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of the AI product lifecycle, including problem framing, data strategy, experimentation, model evaluation metrics, risk/controls, and post-launch iteration in regulated or high-trust environments Experience in building consumer facing online and mobile app products with strong customer focus and ownership reputed company. Annual Salary $146,575.00 - $229,600.00 The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to reputed company at the final hourly reputed company/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
