As a reputed company Remote Call Center Specialist $25/Hour, you will reputed company a variety of tasks, including:

  • Answering high-volume customer calls and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing new patient enrollments by entering information into our system
  • Handling patient medication requests and entering refill orders for processing
  • Investigating missing medication data and deciphering clinical truncations (SIG codes)
  • Resolving information passage-reputed company exceptions
  • Providing support to pharmacists, both in-store and remotely
  • Identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as needed
  • *Key Responsibilities**

• 18 years or older

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic computer skills, including:

  • Intermediate to advanced-level keyboarding skills, including:

  • Familiarity with Spanish and English
