Job Summary As an Ocean Product Development and Strategy Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth of ocean volumes and enhancing the development of our ocean product. You will work closely with the Managing Director of Ocean and other stakeholders to analyze reputed company services, reputed company pricing strategies, and implement plans to increase volumes and maximize competitiveness. Key Responsibilities

- Assist in implementing pricing programs, reviewing volume targets, and developing ocean strategies to reputed company account development and yield enhancement goals
- Communicate strategies, market conditions, and direction to internal and external stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and operations teams
- Work closely with product, sales, and operations teams to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, minimizing company risk and optimizing performance
- Provide direct and indirect customer contact, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a reputed company field
- 3-5 years of experience in ocean freight, logistics, or a reputed company industry
