[Remote] Senior Implementation Project Manager

They are seeking a Senior Implementation Project Manager to manage the entire implementation lifecycle for mid-market to enterprise clients, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

Skills

• 3+ years experience leading client-facing implementation projects, preferably reputed company the health insurance, employer health benefits, or health tech industries
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on achieving results
• Led multiple projects concurrently and drove them to reputed company successful implementations
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, adept at leading client facing presentations and building trusted relationships with both clients and internal teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive and reputed company approach to resolving client issues
