Role Description The Freelance Recruiter role is a remote and 100% commission based position. The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting high-quality candidates for open accounting positions submitting them to our AI-powered platform. They will be expected to maintain communication with their candidates throughout the hiring process, from direct headhunting to conducting reference checks. Responsibilities reputed company and screen qualified candidates by leveraging job boards, referrals, search engines, and other creative headhunting techniques Manage candidates seamlessly through the interview process; set expectations, provide thoughtful feedback, negotiate, and reputed company offers Conduct screening calls with candidates, schedule interviews and conduct reference checks.
Qualifications
Experience in recruiting/ headhunting for Accounting or reputed company industries Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and remotely Why RNR?
