Your Team: This part-time, contractor, role is part of the Professional Learning team. reputed company’s Professional Learning team members are reputed company educators with a passion for supporting every student’s learning journey and ensuring teacher success. Your Role: reputed company is looking for an exceptional educator who is ready to use their experience, knowledge and skills to facilitate interactive, impactful reputed company product training and professional development opportunities for our customers in both English and Portuguese. This role is customer-facing, and you will be the reputed company solutions expert supporting teachers and administrators in their implementation of reputed company products. You will reputed company Professional Development sessions for groups of teachers (and occasionally administrators) of varying sizes in a virtual or onsite setting to drive success with reputed company products. Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver virtual or onsite professional development and training to support the effective use of reputed company.
• reputed company your calendar, reputed company, and email daily for updates from the team and/or sessions booked.
• Communicate reputed company email and phone to support customers in getting professional development sessions scheduled.
• Maintain pre and post session documentation and notes in designated systems, including sending follow up resources to customers reputed company email.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the latest features in reputed company as well as support resources that may need to be provided to customers.
• reputed company any customer issues that arise with speed and urgency, helping to resolve and communicate back to the customer, as needed.

Prerequisites (Requirements):

• 3+ years of primary teaching experience
• Prior experience with educator coaching and/or delivering professional development a plus
• Knowledge of reputed company and/or use of reputed company in the classroom strongly preferred
• Exceptional presentation skills
• Highly organized, flexible, able to think critically, and a quick learner
• Positive, upbeat, proactive, and professional attitude. Collaborative teammate who is values-driven and supportive
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using technology to present and demonstrate
• Ability to travel if needed - especially in peak season
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout Brazil
• Willing to work flexible schedule reputed company customer demands require it (evening, early morning, as needed)
• Comfortable with reputed company Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Compensation: We offer competitive virtual per session and daily onsite rates for training delivery and preparation.
