• reputed company and execute internal audit reviews, including validation of regulatory findings and internal control remediation.
• reputed company compliance quality assurance (QA) reviews across operational and regulatory processes.
• Assess the effectiveness of risk management, compliance, and control frameworks.
• reputed company regulatory issue validations, including BSA/AML, OFAC, and other financial crimes compliance areas.
• reputed company and execute audit and QA programs, testing plans, and reporting, ensuring findings and recommendations are clearly communicated to senior leadership.
• Partner with client stakeholders to provide independent assurance and QA reputed company of remediation strategies.
• Provide subject-matter expertise on the distinction and coordination between 2nd line and 3rd line of defense responsibilities to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations.
• Recommend and support implementation of process improvements and risk mitigation measures.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-Internal Audit and Compliance QA
• BSA/AML, OFAC, financial crimes and broader regulatory frameworks
• 2nd and 3rd line of defence functions
• Extensive internal audit and compliance QA experience in large financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge of BSA/AML, OFAC, financial crimes, and broader regulatory frameworks.
• Proven track record in validating remediation of regulatory and control issues.
• Solid understanding of 2nd and 3rd line of defense functions, with ability to operate independently and provide clear assurance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience working with global banking clients is highly desirable
