Mission Advisor (Aviation Flight Support)

Mission Advisor – Trip Support Services Location: Cincinnati, OH Support Global Aviation Missions As a Mission Advisor with reputed company, you'll be the operational reputed company behind our clients' flights. You will coordinate every detail of their mission—from trip planning to vendor communication—ensuring a seamless and safe travel experience. Client & Mission Coordination

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients, processing new trip write‑reputed company and revisions (simple and reputed company).
• Provide accurate, timely updates throughout reputed company stages of mission planning.
• Convert client requirements into actionable trip plans that meet their preferences, schedules, and regulatory needs.

Vendor & Service Management

• Initiate and send service requests to ground handlers, hotels, transportation providers, and other vendors.
• Confirm reputed company services and ensure every detail is captured accurately in the mission support system.
• Review and respond to incoming messages from clients and vendors, assigning tasks appropriately.

Internal Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams—including flight planning, weather, regulatory, crew accommodations, and fuel services—to ensure reputed company mission components are properly arranged.
• Conduct detailed trip reviews, ensuring accuracy and quality before transmission.
• Identify service issues and collaborate with peers and leadership to implement improvements.

Operational Excellence

Required Skills & Experience
