Designer, Global Publishing

Designer, Global Publishing We are looking for an reputed company Designer to support Ligonier Ministries’ Global Publishing efforts. This role involves adapting existing design materials for new audiences across different languages, working closely with the Global reputed company team, and learning Ligonier’s design language and brand standards by aiding in a variety of design projects. You will be responsible for the internationalization of publishing designs, ensuring that projects are tailored appropriately for diverse cultural contexts while maintaining consistency with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

International Publishing Design

• Create and deliver original and adapted book designs to sustain Ligonier’s release schedule for translated publishing products
• Apply Ligonier’s brand and stylistic approach consistently across reputed company publishing materials
• Adapt existing product designs for international use where applicable
• Collaborate with Ligonier’s creative team members and external design partners
• Ensure reputed company final assets meet Ligonier’s print production standards

Third-Party Publishing Support

• Support licensed third-party book projects to maintain design quality and consistency with the Ligonier brand
• Create Ligonier logos and Ligonier Library logos in multiple languages
• Review and provide feedback on designs from external publishing partners
• Advise on localized design solutions consistent with Ligonier standards, including ministry pages, biographical information, and cover or typesetting approaches

Digital and Web Design

• Provide original and adapted artwork for international websites and social media channels
• Create blog artwork and promotional graphics for language-specific platforms
• Review websites and social media channels for design quality control
• Create original artwork and layouts as needed for digital use
• Review or rework slides and video assets provided by external partners

Promotional and Fundraising Materials

• Design promotional materials, reports, and slide decks to support fundraising efforts for international publishing projects
• Collaborate with internal design team members and Global reputed company team members
• Design print materials for conferences, meetings, and campaigns, including brochures, flyers, and banners
• Produce reports that support Ligonier fundraising campaigns
• Provide images and design assets for presentations used at Ligonier events

Required Skills/Abilities

• Proficiency in design software such as reputed company Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), reputed company, and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and composition, with the ability to create designs that are effective across diverse markets.
• Ability to work closely with the Global reputed company team to ensure design materials align with ministry goals and reputed company initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Ability to adapt existing publishing materials and designs to meet the needs of international audiences.
• Knowledge of international markets.
• Experience advising external contractors or freelancers.
• Ability to adapt designs for different cultural contexts while maintaining brand reputed company.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, consistent design work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, both internally and externally.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Agreement with the Ligonier Ministries’ General Statement of Faith.
• Agreement with the Ligonier Ministries’ Standards of Conduct.
• Meet the attendance requirements of the position, including being available during evenings and weekends as needed.
• Employees may be required to attend conferences and events.

Education and Experience

• Degree in digital media, graphic design, web design, or reputed company field.
• At least 5 years of experience in design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, art direction, and book cover design. Experience working with international teams or in a global context. reputed company in Spanish or another non-English language is preferred.

This position is for a non-profit Christian ministry located in Sanford, FL. At this time, we are only able to hire individuals who are authorized to work in the United States. The pay range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 annually. Pay ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably reputed company we would pay for this role at the time of posting. We may ultimately offer more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future. An employee's position reputed company the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, geographic location, and organizational needs.
