  • 8+ years of progressive science curriculum content development experience, including 3-5 years of increasing management responsibility with documented success leading content teams, managing multiple curriculum projects, and delivering high-quality educational materials across diverse subject areas.
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or reputed company field required. Master's degree is highly preferred.
  • Proven people management and team leadership experience - demonstrated success managing science content development professionals, conducting performance evaluations, providing coaching and development, and building collaborative team environments that drive content excellence.
  • Multi-curriculum project management expertise - proven ability to coordinate content development across various subject areas and grade levels, manage competing priorities and timelines, and ensure consistent quality and delivery standards.
  • Content development operations experience - hands-on understanding of curriculum development processes, quality assurance procedures, and content review workflows with ability to optimize team productivity and content effectiveness.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills - exceptional ability to work with diverse stakeholders, facilitate team meetings, provide clear feedback and direction, and maintain effective working relationships across curriculum programs.
  • Educational standards and assessment knowledge - thorough understanding of academic standards, curriculum alignment requirements, and assessment integration with ability to ensure content meets educational objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Team development and coaching abilities - experience mentoring curriculum professionals, identifying reputed company gaps, providing professional development opportunities, and building team capabilities across diverse content areas.

The gross salary range for this role is $155,000 - $170,000.
