What You’ll Do

• Partner with project managers, engineers, and executives to translate strategy into clear, compelling language.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Business, or a reputed company field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in proposal development, technical writing, or business communications.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong eye for accuracy, clarity, and tone.
• Experience compiling reputed company and highly technical submissions for government or commercial proposals, bids, RFP, RFQs.
• Strong collaboration skills and confidence engaging with leaders across departments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters in English, Creative Writing or Marketing.
• Experience in construction, environmental disaster, or disaster management industry.
