Staff Accountant (Remote Position)
Job Title: AccountantJob Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to ensure the accuracy and compliance of the general ledger and reported financial information with GAAP. Responsibilities
- Ensure the general ledger and reported financial information are correct, timely, and complete.

Essential Skills
- Experience with general ledger accounting and reconciliation.
- Proficient understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

- Experience in accounts payable.
- Background in financial reporting and knowledge of FDIC and SEC regulations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Exposure to procure to pay processes is a bonus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially reputed company.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations relating to accounting in a financial institution.
Work Environment
This is a full-time remote position, operating Monday through Friday, with flexibility for candidates based in WA, OR, ID, or CA. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr.
